Pilates Levels
We recommend that everyone starts with an introductory private session. The session focus on pilates techniques allowing your practice to progress quicker. Our classes follows a levels policy:
Level 1, 1+, All:
Beginners welcome,
10-40 hours of practice
Level 1–2: 40+ hours
Level 2: 70+ hours
Level 3: 100+hours
PLEASE NOTE:
Attendance in level 2 and 3 classes for new students of CORE with previous pilates experience, is subject to an introductory private session.
Please call the front desk before coming to class if you are experienced and would like attend this level of class.
Maximum class size is 12 participants, of which 8 spots are available for pre-registration and 4 are reserved for drop-ins. Due to our small class sizes, we advise you to pre-register to ensure you are booked in the class you would like, especially for our evening classes.
