Private Pilates Session

Private Pilates sessions are the ultimate way to master technique and make the most out of your pilates practice! During private pilates sessions, you get undivided attention from our highly qualified instructors, with exercises that are programmed for your specific interests and needs. Private sessions allows you to practice when it best suits your schedule - seven days a week, provides injury recovery, is a great way to fast-track your practice so that you can move to more advanced group class training, is taught by specially chosen instructors to suit your needs and preferred style of training and includes easy-to-follow exercises that you can practise at home.

PRIVATE SESSION

During private pilates sessions, you get undivided attention from our highly qualified instructors, with exercises that are custom tailored for your specific interests and needs, whether you are new to pilates or you've been practising for years. 
Each private session integrates matwork, reformer, stability chair, and/or cadillac exercises into a fun, challenging workout that strengthens, tones, and lengthens your body. Private sessions are taught by specifically chosen instructors to suit your needs and preferred style of training.

 

REHABILITATION PILATES

Rehabilitative follows a clinical approach to pilates and focus on teaching biomechanics of movement. A pilates program that focuses on strengthening the core and back, improving posture, optimizing joint stability, and correcting muscular imbalances — can help you alleviate your pain, regain motion, speed up your recovery, and build the strength that helps you prevent reinjury. With a focus on strengthening the body from the inside out, rehabilitative pilates can help with all types of injuries, including low back, spinal conditions, sports injuries, osteoporosis, and scoliosis.


How to book a Private Pilates session?

Sessions are available 7 days per week at your convenience. Request a session online, by email, or call us to book an appointment. Please note that payment is due in full upon booking.

There is a 24 hour late cancellation policy. Late cancellations and missed bookings will be charged the full fee.

RESERVATIONS

You can reserve classes up to one month ahead of time with your drop-in package.

One-on-one can be schedule 7 days via email or by calling 416-545-7743.

CANCELLATION POLICY

6 hours - MAT classes

12 hours - Any Group Equipment class Toronto

24 hours - any Group class in Caledon

24 hours –any One-on-One session

WAITLIST

When a class is fully booked, a waitlist is offered. When space becomes available, a system automated waitlist confirmation email or text message is sent – up to one hour prior to class start.

STANDBY

Spots that have not been taken 5 minutes after class start, may be offered to other students waiting.
