I have been practicing yoga for ten years and teaching for over five. During an intense few years in my life stress started to take its toll physically and mentally. I became very depleted and decided to try yoga. It helped me to slow down, feel and process my emotions, have compassion, be present and worry less. I decided to share the incredible tools that we have been gifted with through yoga by training for 680 hours with Xenia Splawinski, a powerful teacher and healer.
As a yoga instructor I endeavour to guide others to let go of external concerns and worries, turning their focus inward and to the present moment. Through attention to the physical body we can access deeper layers of mental and emotional tension, and recall that part of us which is perfect and whole. Becoming a Reiki Master and receiving attainments in other energetic healing modalities was a natural next step in my desire to help people remember that each and every one of us is a beautiful, powerful, Divine, being. We are always supported and guided to fulfill our potential with the unique gifts we have been given to serve the world. My treatments, classes, and my personal practice continue to expand and grow as both teacher and student on this journey.
