Hatha
Takes yoga back to its roots, as classical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation are incorporated for deep physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.

Vinyasa
Unites breath, rhythm, and postures in carefully balanced, flowing sequences that help release physical and mental tension.

Power Yoga
Builds strength and flexibility in a physically challenging and flowing practice rooted in ashtanga yoga.

Fusion
Adds the core stability challenge of pilates to the flowing, breath-focused practice of yoga.

Yoga Nidra
Is a profoundly calming and stress-reducing practice of guided meditation that leads to complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.


Yoga Levels

Intro
Beginner yoga class for complete novices regardless of age and physical ability.  Learn the basic principles underlying yoga practice as they apply to postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.  Class examines the individual postures of Sun Salutations and basic standing and seated postures. Yoga intro classes are offered as a 4 week course (maximum five students per class).

Open level class

Level 1
Beginners welcome! Build on the basic principles learned in Intro class, while adding flow and further exploring how to connect breath to the movement of the body.

Levels 1-2
Best suitable for students who have a good understanding of breath and postures and wish to deepen their practice. Options for going deeper into familiar postures are offered for more intermediate students.

Level 2-3
Intermediate to advanced class incorporating arm balancing and inversions
