Mat with Props
Sculpt and tone your core, arms and legs using your own body weight against gravity. Small equipment such as fitness circles, weighted balls, stability balls, bosu's, foam rollers and toning bands are used for further challenge and variety.

Vertical / Mat
Your core stability and balance is challenged as the matwork is brought to standing.

Ball / BOSU
Takes your mat classes to the next level by challenging your balance and stability.


Power Pilates
Adds flow and endurance to your mat practice. Experienced students only as class assumes a thorough understanding of exercises and proper, safe technique.   

Cardio Pilates
Adds a boost to your routine with dynamic standing exercises, cardio interval training, and balance work on the BOSU.

Pilates Matwork Class Descriptions
Our matwork classes are offered at three levels of experience and three types of intensities. All classes are subject to a strict levels policy. STRENGTH classes focus on classical pilates, INTENSITY classes are best suitable for those that prefer a more athletic approach, whereas THERAPY classes deep and therapeutic and best suitable for post-injury students with herniated discs, sciatica, etc.
