Reformer
Stretch, strengthen and tone your arms, legs and core through exercises that are fluid and dynamic. The spring system of the reformer provides additional resistance training.
Circuit
Classical pilates workout with a series of exercises performed moving from the reformer, chair and cadillac using the best features of each piece of equipment. Limited to four participants only, allowing for optimal programming and detailed attention to each participant.
Athletic pilates is designed to develop core stability, strength, power, and agility. Intensify your workout and maximize results!
Jumpboard Interval
Fun, simple and heart-pumping cardio/strength interval training! Combines intervals of calorie burning jumpboard work with full body strength exercises on the reformer.

Level 1 and Level 1-2

Three to four minute cardio intervals separated with strength intervals 
for upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises. Proper
jumping technique is explained in detail.

Level 2

Challenge your core further with five to eight minutes cardio intervals

and intermediate strength exercises.
Power Reformer
Challenge strength, flexibility and agility in an athletic pilates workout. Warm up your core with power matwork and focus on precision and control while building strength using the resistance system of the reformer.
Men's Power Reformer
Class focus more on chest, shoulders and back than legs.
Strengthen deep postural muscles, stabilize joints, and correct muscular imbalances. Suitable for post-injury students or those who prefer a deep style of pilates.
Circuit
Classical pilates workout with a series of exercises performed moving from the reformer, chair and cadillac using the best features of each piece of equipment. Limited to three participants only, allowing for optimal programming and detailed attention to each participant. Sessions taught by senior instructors or rehab therapists.
