The 30-Day Challenge Starts February 8th!
What Is the 30-Day Challenge?
The 30-Day Challenge is your own personal challenge to practise yoga or pilates every day for
30 consecutive days. Too much of a challenge while balancing family, work and other commitments? Try 21
days instead!
The
intention of the 30-Day Challenge is to explore how commitment and
consistent practice truly can transform your body and mind. The
benefits of dedicating yourself to 30 days of yoga or pilates include increased strength and flexibility, improved sleep, and detoxification. Many of you
will shed a few pounds and many of you will experience a remarkable
toning and change in body composition during the month of the
Challenge. Some days
your practice will feel easy; other days it may feel next to
impossible. Accept it for what it is and do the best you can.
Dates: Choose any start date between February 8 and 16. If you start Feb 16, your Challenge is complete on March 18.
How to join the Challenge:
Sign
up
by phone, email or at the front desk while you are at the
studio. You need to decide between the 21- or 30-day option upon registration.
The same class pass and fees apply for both options.
Rules of the Challenge:
30 days option: - attend a minimum of two yoga or fusion classes per week - attend a minimum of two pilates matwork classes per week - attend a minimum of of two pilates reformer classes per week - mat/reformer classes count as either pilates matwork or pilates reformer - once a week: you may practice in a studio other than CORE (proof of attendance required) - once a week: if you miss a day, you can make it up by practicing twice in one day - private sessions count as any class
21 days option:
- attend a minimum of one yoga or fusion class per week
- attend a minimum of one pilates matwork class per week
- attend a minimum of one pilates reformer class per week - mat/reformer classes count as either pilates matwork or pilates reformer
- twice during Challenge: you may practice in a studio other than CORE (proof of attendance required)
- twice during Challenge: if you miss a day, you can make it up by practicing twice in one day - private sessions count as any class - your 21 days need to be distributed over a minimum of 4 days a week
Fees: Your Challenge pass includes unlimited yoga, pilates mat and pilates reformer classes. You may
also attend BootCamp classes when there is space. Workshops such as Circuit and Pilates for Back Care are not included in the Challenge pass. The same class pass and fees apply to the 21- or 30-day option.

Friday, March 19 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. Everyone is welcome! Feel free to invite
family or friends to come celebrate the completion of your Challenge.
Join us even if you did not do the Challenge this time and help us
celebrate those who did! Perhaps you will get motivated to try the
Challenge the next time around.
